The sky is shining blue. On the grass are drops of dew.

For Aaron, a shy and imaginative boy with an inspiring passion for outer space, today is his first day at Lake Littlelamp.

He’s very nervous and is worried about making new friends. Aaron’s even brought along his favourite toy spaceship. It goes everywhere with him. But when it comes to fitting in with the other campers in his group, it’s anything but easy.

Written in verse, this heartwarming, colourful picture book emphasizes the importance of friendship and embracing who you are, with illustrations that will encourage your child’s imagination to play and have fun as they read along.

A relatable tale of not fitting with an inspirational out of this world ending.

Feeling like you're not good enough and being excluded from the group is hard. But staying true to yourself certainly will save the day! This story is told in rhyming couplet format against the backdrop of colorful and playful illustrations. I recommend this book, could be a good bedtime story.

Amazing book, teaching kids to be kind and to be themselves. My daughter 8 and son 10, love it and it would be a great edition to every school library and home book shelf. Highly recommended
